>That makes it crucial, as pollster Peter Kellner argues, that #Labour go into the next election with ***A CLEAR POLICY TO UNDO THE WORST OF THE ECONOMIC DAMAGE OF #Brexit***. It has to be clear, because otherwise they will not have a clear mandate if they win. And it needs to go well beyond the timidity, and vacuity, of ‘making Brexit work’ to some form of single market membership and a customs treaty.
Hope Kier Starmer's listening.

What does that mean specifically?
The worst damage I suspect is due to checks & documentation reqts on exports to the EU, & constraints on free movement of labour - the former few in the UK would argue, but plannng to lift latter would cause a rumpus - & they are intertwined in negotiating with the EU, so the "clear policy" would in practice be couched more in terms of objectives than specifics. I think those objectives have been stated already & will be in the Labour manifesto
The "specifics" you ask for are clearly stated in my post, both in the original text by Chris Grey and highlighted by me as hashtags:
#SingleMarket and #CustomsUnion.
Enjoy your Sunday.
@Marverde
Thank you for responding to my comment - and I have read the blog https://chrisgreybrexitblog.blogspot.com/2022/11/the-brexit-silence-is-breaking.html?m=1
It makes a lot of sense, & seems clear Labour policy must & will be clarified by the time a manifesto is published - but until that manifesto is published, Labour is under no compulsion to commit to any undertaking - & is well advised not to give hostages to fortune
Whilst I share with Chris, you & many a desire to undo as much #Brexit damage as possible, I worry about over-reach
