@Philsturgeon I believe these are in addition to the ticket price you also have to pay 🤔 but I don't know what price they take since they have floating prices now. It used to be that train ticket prices where a direct function of (distance, speed, day of week). Also known as the good old times of nationalised rail.

Well last year i had to paid this ticket :
The price was 14€ and i paid 18€ because i signaled myself to the controller, it wasnt in addition to the ticket ^^
