This is our only traffic light in town, so you’d think it would actually be a good intersection. It’s awful, though, since the only upgrade since it was installed in the 1950s are the bike loop detectors we advocated for and finally got in 2020.
@bikescape It’s crazy how often bike lanes don’t extend through an intersection. Especially considering that’s where they’re needed the most, arguably even more than along the street where there was probably already a shoulder and they just painted bike symbols on it.
