@hansbot @meneer If manufacturing cost (in terms of CO2 emissions) then part of the solution is retrofit of old, but still very usable ICE cars. It prevents the emissions connected to the chassis and bodywork, and eliminates the fossil fuel exhaust directly after the retrofit. But that will not fit in the economy of large automakers...
