Tonight's dinner was a butternut squash, leek and apricot brown rice pilaff with home-roasted almonds and mandarin garnish. Flavoured with cinnamon, cardamom, bay and all spice.

Verdict: Very tasty, took forever for brown rice to cook, needed some additional protein (maybe Quorn pieces or hefty butter beans) as I'm still feckin' hungry after it.
