Hello folks. Do you know an #Android application I can use to turn Android phone into #bluetooth keyboard and mouse for a #Linux PC? I would prefer if the app is #FOSS

There are several options on Play Store. The only option which works as it should, is not free not as in freedom nor price. It's "Serverless bluetooth mouse and keyboard" or something.

There is also "Bluetooth Remote" in F droid but it's for Android TV and does not work on PC.

Boosts are very much appreciated.

Tinkering with an old pair of headphones to test the validity of the Bluetooth board that cost me less that €1.50
and L-ion battery charging board was even less at 46c.
The Lithium-Ion battery was free, and came from a finished and disposed of vape!

HiFi Headphones I already own, but i am testing them with a ratty old set of headphones...The sound reproduction is superb. now to build the finished product, though my Heath Robinson setup works surprisingly well

Hey #Apple... please release an updated #iPod Classic.

My wish list:

* Same size as the “thin” Gen 5.5 (doesn't need to be wafer thin! We want battery life!)
* #Bluetooth audio (needs to work with AirPods etc)
* #USB-C connection, USB 3.x (fast data transfer)
* 256gb - 1Tb versions (upgradable would be awesome but you keep doing you, I guess)
* #MagSafe charging
* #OLED screen, same size as Classic (not using it for movies, or internet etc)
* *NO APPS (please... it's a ‘#headspace' device)

Please, and thank you.

I have tried two different sets of in-ear separate unit #Bluetooth headphones Vs two different phones and all of those combos have dropout problems in each ear separately when my phone is down at my side or in my chest pocket.

I kinda want to know what's going on. But I also don't, and just want music to work.

Long shot, but does anybody know why:

I listen to a podcast [*] via an external Bluetooth speaker from my iPhone while exercising. It's playing via streaming an MP3 in Safari. Often, not always, the sound simply stops after 5 minutes. I wake up the phone (with Safari front-most) and it starts again.

This doesn't always happen. I have listened without interruption for 60 or 90 minutes many times.

It may be happening more frequently (?). It only started recently (?).

Is this Bluetooth? Safari? Something changed in iOS?

Ever since I moved out of my office I've had a pair of Dayton Audio MK402BTX powered bluetooth bookshelf speakers, and they've been on a bookshelf alright this past year... in a closet.

Not long ago I thought it would be cool to put them above the cupboards in the kitchen. Now I can connect to them with any device I have and play audio. It's really handy when I'm cooking or something and watching my tablet. Now I get much better audio.
