I applaud all efforts to eliminate dangerous #methane from our homes. Here's an idea that helped us make the transition over time.

My wife and I recently #electrified our house. We did it in stages. As a temporary solution, for over a year we used a single-element induction cooktop (about$100 on Amazon) that plugged in to a standard outlet. I turned off the gas to our old built-in cooktop and we had cleaner, safer indoor air immediately.

Once our new four-element induction cooktop was installed (what a joy!) we gifted the single to a friend who now loves cooking without gas too!
