Perhaps, if all these roles (I think a previous article mentioned 3.1 million worldwide) would stop demanding you be a recent graduate, you'd find a lot more of us willing/able to fill your roles.
There are so many of us out there who do security in our current positions, but perhaps don't have qualifications. Yet have years of experience with the tools.
