Customers at ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons wouldn’t tolerate being charged wildly different prices for a loaf of bread or a bottle of wine or beer solely based on where the supermarket thought it could gouge its customers the most and get away with it…
So why on earth do millions of them put up with being fleeced at the petrol pump day in day out?

I’ve never been able to understand foreign currency exchange rates and why the US$ is the universally all powerful the reference point.
I mean the US economy is strong, yes but their debt is immeasurable and the country is bordering on civil war.

I think their game plan has more to it than just doomcasting.
Spec:
These folk are positioning themselves as "The Wise".
Soonish the actual Recession-engines will be wheeled out in the shape of increases in petroleum prices by anti-Biden nations.
And whatever else unfroendly nations can cook up.
Then follows the bombardment of the Economy.
And then, in their plan, the election win by a Repub in 2024.
