Just completed my postal vote for the West of England Mayor election on 1st May.
The challenging issue arose on reading the ballot paper - Arrogant Banks is the first name on the ballot.
You'd think his #Brexit has done enough damage to this country and its people that he would never appear in public life again but apparently not.
