At outset of a self-directed learning dive into #googleSheets & #dashboard displays using QUERY function.

Purpose: track my #fitness training. What with the Panini, a coupla injuries+lotta sitting in 2022, I began 2023 WEAK.

I’m old enough to appreciate going very very slow. Don’t wanna make a program that’s too aggressive; instead Do stuff, track it, rest as needed.

Created a #GoogleForm to enter what I do. It does timestamps.

My Sheets dive is to help me figure out ways to display it.
