Something that is a common theme I notice about #maga trolls is they often view #kindness and #empathy in a man as weak.
They all buy into the ideas #elonmusk and #trump go by, that success and masculinity is defined by money, and cruelty, and you're less of a man if you don't have a "real job" or ask for #help or even help others.
It's a sign of #strength and #intelligence. I often find the most empathetic people I meet, are also the smartest.

To the #runners in the Fediverse: Does anyone know of a simple metronome app that doesn't need a lot of permissions? A metronome app specifically for runners where you can set the duration and intensity (e.g. 1 min 180 BPM and 2 min 160 BPM)? Or are there #developers that can build something like that and put it on F-Droid? 
I have a simple Meteonome but there you can not set time and Intervalls.
Anybody have an idea of what I should do? I've been trying to delete my Facebook acct for days. I have successfully deleted my Instagram acct, but FB is giving me this message every time. Is this a problem others have encountered?
I've tried using different browsers (Chrome, DuckDuckGo, Firefox, Chrome for iOS), tried turning off (or never having had) extensions, tried deleting cookies. Sigh. I just wanna kill my FB acct! Why so hard?
