When I woke up, I had a message that there was a parcel in my mailbox! I knew something was coming my way, sent by a super sweet friend.... So I was surprised at how fast it had come....

I checked the mailbox and it was so heavy!! I knew what it was before I opened it...

It may be the "weirdest" thing anyone ever gifted me but I'm super grateful for it!

It's a book I'd been reading through pictures of the pages. And now, as a way of thanking me for my friendship and kindness, they wanted me to have a copy of the book for myself.

I'd never thought I'd be happy with a gift involving the "big change" that my body is pushing me towards. But with this book, I could be better informed of all that is coming my way! So it's so awesome to have now!

And I know that my bestie will want to borrow it as well, once I'm done with it... So a HUGE thank you to my sweet friend for sharing this book with me!

Can be a sensitive subject for some but this really would make a great Xmas gift for anyone you think might need a little help & guidance
