Second attempt to play with #kubernetes with 6 nodes #k3s running as VMs on my #proxmox. 3 masters with #kubevip and 3 workers with #longhorn (Kubernetes cluster storage)
So far, so good, but I haven't deployed any services yet. Thanks to Proxmox snapshots, which allow for easy reversion after mistakes
On my todo list: Backup on my Synology, Nginx,…
My plan is to test the migration of my services to k3s in this virtual environment. After that, I will gradually move to dedicated nodes

I'm so puzzled by this error that I receive from time to time when attempting to stream from my #ErsatzTV container running on #Docker/#Proxmox's #LXC container, which I've passed through my #AMD Ryzen 5 5600G iGPU for hardware transcoding:
HLS process for channel 101 has terminated unsuccessfully with exit code 137: amdgpu: os_same_file_description couldn't determine if two DRM fds reference the same file description.

L'application est sympathique même s'il y a pas mal de bugs. Suivant les navigateurs c'est plus ou moins lent. Le pire c'est avec Safari .. et le mieux c'est Firefox.
Et le dénivelé n'est jamais bon, on perd en gros 25%.
Et je parle même pas de la page principale qui est non modifiable.
Le point positif c'est le moteur de recherche qui est simplement parfait.

ok ive to go now but the plan once i return ~2 hrs later is to dig thru my pendrives and use 1 to backup my current bios settings, use another to load up the latest stable bios version, take pics of my current bios settings, upgrade to the latest bios version, and then lastly to re-configure bios as close as possible to my current settings.
fingers crossed, my #Proxmox node would still be fine and hopefully, the ReBAR option would show up on my BIOS, cos rn on BIOS v4.6 (2020), it's not (even with CSM disabled, above 4G decoding enabled). My server hardware: #AMD Ryzen 7 1700, #ASRock B450M Pro4 #motherboard, and #Intel #ArcA380 #GPU.
I've installed my #Intel #ArcA380 GPU on my #Proxmox node and... I'm having a hard time configuring the #ASRock #BIOS bcos for wtv reason, it's not outputting the full screen to my test monitor, so I can't really see the full list of options and menus I'd like to configure to enable ReBAR and so on. I've never experienced this before so.. what gives?

Edit: Just switched to another, more 'modern' monitor and it works fine.

J'ai commencé ma migration matérielle et logicielle il y a bientôt 2 ans pour un #NAS diy et je ne le regrette pas.
#Proxmox, #TrueNAS, #Nextcloud ... tout cela offre tellement plus de diversités et de possibilités dans des univers moins contraints ! (Moins user friendly ok ... mais le friendly à une forte tendance à rimer avec captivity ces derniers temps ! )
