"Noise as a Spectre in Dub Techno" by Bahadırhan Koçer is an academic paper published by Dance Cult in November last year. A thorough overview of the genre, it discusses various producers' approaches and connects the music with the concept of hauntology.

In the paper there is a table listing 50 dub techno tracks from 1994 to 2002, and the type of noise each uses as a soundsource. I've put together a playlist of all the ones I could find on youtube:
