I spent today running from one doctor's appointment to the next. At the first one, I was told there was something deeply wrong with my heart, and had to live with that for about three hours. At the last on, they said, nah, you're heart's good. That first person was acting on an abudance of caution, but you're fine. And BTW the thing you came to me for? Probably not nearly as big a deal as you thought.

Huge news this morning. The federal government has announced the final phase of the NDP Canada Dental Care Plan, which my NDP colleagues and I fought so hard for. As of May, the plan will cover ALL Canadians who don’t have insurance and whose household income after taxes is less than $90,000.
