While billionaire doesn’t mean much (you „just“ have to be ruthless and good at exploiting others)… maybe there is some heavy short selling stuff and/or buy-ins going on in the background? I mean stock market is crashing due to this dumb move and it would be good opportunities for both of this. I can not imagine this is plain stupidity.
