@Npars01 thank you for all this. Just replied this to someone else already, but all this brings out so grimly the affinity btw the real estate and the colonial mentality.
Maybe that’s what the name of the Affinity Group is all about.. I shall try and follow/investigate any “investments” in Gaza 
Just read this. It’s not just real estate but also arms - Saudi investments in Israel’s defence industry, through Kushner’s Affinity Partners.
And this one (i shall stop now). I have to admit i had forgotten about “normalization” and didn’t realise Kushner was so centrally involved. It really is chilling. All points towards complete annihilation to make way for beach front properties (not that annihilation is not already well under way). #Gaza
