Jack Deth<p>I watched ‘GHOULIES’ for the <a href="https://social.horrorhub.club/tags/MBMC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MBMC</span></a> and I’m almost 100% sure I saw this one as a kid. There were some moments that were immediately familiar, but I forgot most of it. Overall, I think it was a good monster movie. I still prefer ‘Critters’ but this one has its place in my heart just the same. Yeah, some of the practical effects are a little wonky, but then some are pretty good. This is one of those cool anthology films like 'Cat's Eye' or 'Tales from the Darkside.' Jack Deth<p>I watched ‘CREEPOZOIDS’ for the <a href="https://social.horrorhub.club/tags/MBMC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MBMC</span></a> and was NOT disappointed. The synth soundtrack permeates this 80s flick like all the other low-budget sci fi films of this era and Linnea Quigley is a doll (as usual). The story is nothing that deep. Standard post-apocalyptic robots and aliens. This scratched a nostalgia itch for me. Jack Deth<p>I watched ‘CASTLE FREAK’ for the <a href="https://social.horrorhub.club/tags/MBMC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MBMC</span></a> and I can't say I recommend it. I always say the only bad movie is a boring movie and I just couldn’t get into this one. It’s a shame too, because usually Jeffrey Combs makes any movie better. The pacing for this film was just too slow and I found myself fast forwarding through a lot of it. Maybe I just wasn’t in the mood for it. Jack Deth<p>I watched ‘BAD CHANNELS’ for the <a href="https://social.horrorhub.club/tags/MBMC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MBMC</span></a> and the first thing I’ll say is WOW, Martha Quinn was such a BAD actor. Like, I expect to see bad acting in these films, but she was clearly only in this due to her popularity as a ‘VJ’ on MTV (look it up, kids). Overall, this was pretty cool. Lots of gross practical effects and some fun creature design for the aliens.
