Manuel GebauerEs gab mal eine große Diskussion darum, dass der Begriff des Gefährders gegen Prinzipien des Rechtsstaats verstösst. Man soll einen Menschen nicht für etwas verfolgen und bestrafen, was er nicht getan hat, sondern was ihm nur unterstellt wird. Der Begriff des Gefährders kam aus der rechtspopulistischen Ecke in die Diskussion. Der Begriff dürfe nicht normalisiert werden, wurde gesagt. Er dürfe keinen Eingang in das Recht und die Rechtssprechung finden. Heute: "Null-Toleranz gegenüber Gefährdern: nichtdeutsche Gefährder müssen - so es rechtlich irgendwie möglich ist – konsequent abgeschoben werden. Grundsätzlich gilt: Schwerkriminelle Ausländer, vor allem solche, die Attentate und Anschläge planen, haben jeden Anspruch auf Aufenthalt in unserem Land verwirkt." Die Rede vom <a class="hashtag" href="https://fe.disroot.org/tag/gefährder" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Gefährder</a> ist hier nicht nur vollständig normalisiert und in die Gestaltung des Rechts eingegangen, sie tritt auch schamlos mit einem rassistischem Bezug gegen Ausländer:innen an die Öffentlichkeit. Wer schreibt sowas? Das sind hier <a class="u-url mention" href="https://gruene.social/@IreneMihalic" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@IreneMihalic</a> und <a class="u-url mention" href="https://gruene.social/@KonstantinNotz" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@KonstantinNotz</a> −beide <a class="hashtag" href="https://fe.disroot.org/tag/grüne" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Grüne</a>. Und es ist nur ein Beispiel unter anderen. Die Parteien, in denen so geredet wird, können empört auf die Gewinne der <a class="hashtag" href="https://fe.disroot.org/tag/afd" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#AfD</a> zeigen. Das ändert nichts daran, dass sie auch selber der <a class="hashtag" href="https://fe.disroot.org/tag/rechtsrutsch" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Rechtsrutsch</a> sind.
