A fried chicken shop on Shilin nightmarket, one that has been around some 20 years, likely much longer. I've been to this one (at the previous previous incarnation of the market) many times over the years, always a queue in front of it. Boss Bird Mark II

For reasons by owner John David Tinsley (of Tinsley's Chicken 'n rolls fame), he had MSN 2145 reregistered and her paint scheme altered, mainly replacing the tail logo upon the tail.

Maximized Chicken Monger

Douglas MSN 2145's twelfth owner was John David Tinsley of Huntsville, Texas. He had her painted as the unique Boss Bird to promote his 50+ restaurants known as "Tinsley's Chicken 'n rolls".
