Per AxbomAny Ghost (CMS) experts here?<br><br>I feel certain I was able to in the past build a template that pulled the content from an existing published page (not post) and could output the content inside the template.<br><br>But now I can't find any example code that matches this use-case. And the site I remember doing this on has been retired.<br><br>Anybody have any idea?<br>I'm thinking something along the lines of <br><br>{{ <a class="hashtag" href="https://axbom.me/tag/get" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#get</a> posts filter="page:true+slug:pagename" }}<br>landing"}}<br> {{#foreach posts}}<br> {{content}}<br> {{/foreach}}<br>{{/get}}<br><br>Nothing I've tried has worked so far.<br><br><a class="hashtag" href="https://axbom.me/tag/ghost" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ghost</a> <a class="hashtag" href="https://axbom.me/tag/handlebars" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#handlebars</a>

Jan Miksovsky<p>Each month this year I'm trying to post a sample website written in Origami, a declarative programming language at the level of <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/HTML" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>HTML</span></a> and <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/CSS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CSS</span></a> for defining websites.</p><p>This month's sample is Aventour Expeditions, a site for an outdoor travel company: <a href="https://aventour-expeditions.netlify.app" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">aventour-expeditions.netlify.a</span><span class="invisible">pp</span></a></p><p>It's easy to have Origami call other template languages, so for this sample I used the <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/Handlebars" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Handlebars</span></a> template language to turn markup and data into HTML.</p>
Jan Miksovsky<p>It's useful to be able to apply templates written in a language like <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/Handlebars" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Handlebars</span></a> to things in the shell.</p><p>The Origami <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/CLI" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CLI</span></a> lets you invoke JavaScript functions defined in .js files, but you can now also identify a handler for any file extension — like OS app file associations, but for a CLI. <a href="https://weborigami.org/language/filetypes.html#custom-file-types" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">weborigami.org/language/filety</span><span class="invisible">pes.html#custom-file-types</span></a></p><p>So a handler can load a `.hbs` file as a function that applies a Handlebars template, then apply that in the command line.</p>
Emelia 👸🏻<p>Handlebars.js is the worst templating language in existence, but, if you have to use it, and need some sort of "global" value in your templates, e.g., a csrf_token, then you can use this:</p><p><a href="https://gist.github.com/ThisIsMissEm/014a2d6ddb0ba53bebfb7be04870c46b" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">gist.github.com/ThisIsMissEm/0</span><span class="invisible">14a2d6ddb0ba53bebfb7be04870c46b</span></a></p><p>I'm sorry for writing this code, it's a horrible hack. But maybe it'll be useful to you.</p><p><a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/expressjs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>expressjs</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/handlebars" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>handlebars</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/nodejs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>nodejs</span></a></p>
Sebastian :coffefied:<p>Spent few hours today doing this, I mean the <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/handlebars" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>handlebars</span></a>! Wanted to go out and do the test ride, but it’s 11PM, my hands feel like shit after pushing the cable housings through the bars and I kinda feel like shit in general… it looks ok, thou!🤡🥰 <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/cycling" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>cycling</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/gravel" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>gravel</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/bikemechanic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bikemechanic</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/lifebehindbars" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>lifebehindbars</span></a></p>
Rik @ bikescape.org<p>I really hate the ride position on the <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/Cetma" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Cetma</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/cargobike" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>cargobike</span></a>. It’s way to forward leaning for me - my wrists and shoulders don’t like it. New upright <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/Dutch" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Dutch</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/handlebars" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>handlebars</span></a> will be the next update to the bike. First photo is current setup, second is the handlebar style I’d like (on an old Electra <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/Amsterdam" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Amsterdam</span></a>). <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/ebike" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ebike</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/BikeTooter" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>BikeTooter</span></a></p>
