No prosecutor's appeal for now but 100% sure on Tuesday February 18.

Judge's reply today to my lawyer : " Before sending the e-mail, I had specifically asked my office to check. In today's mail, there was no appeal from the public prosecutor's office.

Normally, we don't have any delays in processing mail. But it's obviously not 100% certain. I'll contact you on Tuesday to let you know if there's still nothing."

I will make one update Tuesday !

1/5 The prosecutor's requisition - representing the will of the State - was for 8 months' imprisonment.
If this hadn't been a complicated case for the German authorities, the appeal would have been launched as soon as the verdict was announced. Because there's a huge difference between 8 months' imprisonment and a fine.

So why the silence?
