Friends, I must request your advice on a very important matter.

I just acquired this beautiful cabinet to display all my minis, foremost among them the majestic and terrifying Tiamat. Unfortunately the display case is currently unbalanced with her awesome power, potentially causing a collapse of the entire multiverse. What other other being should sit across from her to fill out the other door and once again bring stability to this realm?

A beautiful hardwood glass-fronted cabinet with 4 doors. The cabinet is softly lit from above within. On the top shelf behind the center right door, a five-headed dragon "miniature" snarles out at you. With spread wings, it's nearly a foot tall and over a foot wide. The top shelf center left is bare, waiting for another impressive mini to be placed

So it did seep a little, and the resin made contact with the foam on the side and bottom edges, which I didn't seal in the same way as the sand.

Seal everything with PVA. Then seal it some more. ALL THE SEALING! The exothermic reaction must have got really hot, as it's melted the XPS foam in places where the heat got to it.

So today will be filling holes, finishing the shieldmaiden, and maybe the cliff. Still, success!

A diorama featuring a beach, a cliff, a small boat, some seaweed, and a deep block of green-blue-grey resin to mimic the sea, The front of the diorama has minimal damage from the resin curing process. Overall, it looks pretty good. Just needs some cleaning up and the diorama finishing.

We're looking okay this morning. The left side of the dio has bulged a bit and the resin seeped down the side (where land would be) but I can sand that back. A few bubbles (as per pic, the extra-shiny bits) on the seaweed but I'm pretty pleased overall. Plus, once i get the water gel on to texture some gentle waves, and touch it up with some white, you won't notice.

The cliffs in the background are currently a mixture of greys, and need more colour and white picking out on them. The seaweed looks good, wet from the resin but with very tiny bubbles that make it look silvery. The resin itself is a deep, semi-transparent green-blue-grey. Clear enough that you can see the seaweed beneath it, as well as the sand on the surface of the beach.

First ever resin pour. Send thoughts and prayers. 🤣

Assuming it survives the next 72 hours, I need to add waves, finish the cliff, add static grass, build up the sand around the boat, and finish off a couple more miniatures. I have a week before final submission date for the local craft festival...

Speed painted these guys over last 2 days for a game that didn't happen due to a miscommunication... 28mm enforcers and pathfinder models for #manticgames Firefight. Haven't painted any new enforcers for a couple of years. Even a few months ago this would have taken me weeks! I'm not better, but I am faster...#minipainting

I was laid low by a flu the last few days. No fun at all. Finally had some energy back in bursts today so I put a simple #ZornPalette on one of the new Kill Teams. Not the most creative approach, but very comforting and relaxing, which is what was needed.

I'll raise the highlights further and add a few points of contrast. Oh, and as the fire. These ones need their fire.
