The latest #beer in the collaborative Farm to Market beer series from #ZupansMarkets has the Portland grocery chain teaming up with #BreaksideBrewery to release a modern take on a West Coast #IPA. The beer is available now at Zupan’s various locations, and I received a couple of cans to review.
Fish and beer….a tricky pairing, but with the right fish and preparation, it can work well 
Rhyme & Reason doesn't do subtle. Their flavours are always full on. Sometimes even turned up beyond the max.
This Fresh Hop Hazy IPA is the exception to the rule... A surprisingly subtle, mild and even bland #IPA.

Today's prize; a four-pack of Heady Topper from the Alchemist in Stowe, Vermont. This is the one that launched the IPA craze in the US. At one time, this was the highest rated beer in the world. Very difficult to find outside of Vermont. It shows up maybe twice a year in Massachusetts in very limited quantities. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time today.
