Nutzt hier zufällig noch jemand WhatsApp mit IodeOS? In meiner Verwandtschaft macht sich mittlerweile MetaAI in WhatsApp breit und ich habs bis heute nicht, trotz aktueller Version. Das gefällt mir auch und ich wüsste gerne, ob IodeOS vielleicht was damit zu tun haben könnte.

Ich habs jetzt raus, was das Problem ist!
#IodeOs hat mit Version 6 einfach mal TB als Standard Emailclient eingeführt und zwingt somit allen die Updates auf, auch wenn der gar nicht genutzt wird.

Ich hoffe, dass es jetzt reicht "Alle Updates Ignorieren" enen Haken verpasst zu haben.

Das nächste OS wird definitiv ***nicht*** iodeOS.

Ich habe ein Wifi welches mal mit QR aktiviert wurde.

Wie bekomme ich das aus der Liste der Wlans raus?

Über die Liste "gespeicherte Wlan" nicht.

In der Übersicht lässt sich das auch nicht entfernen oder ändern, nur verbinden.

Por si alguien se encuentra en las mimas cambiando la ROM de un Fairphone 3 siguiendo las escuetas instrucciones de @iode :

Cuando lleguéis al paso 3 "Type fastboot oem unlock", hay que darle en el móvil a que "si queréis prenderle fuego a todo lo que hay en el dispositivo" y ya se va a reiniciar.

Luego en teoría tienes que ejecutar en el paso 5 "flash-all.sh" de la carpeta que previamente habíamos descargado de nuestro modelo, pero a mi no me iba
(se quedaba esperando en infinito el script).
Pruebo a iniciar de nuevo el modo Fastboot, ya que ha iniciado el Android Stock de fábrica. Sigue sin ir.

SOLUCIÓN: Entrar en el Android Stock, volver a activar el "modo depuración USB" en las opciones de desarrollador y entonces si reiniciar al modo Fastboot y ya funciona el script "flash-all.sh" correctamente y puedes tener tu sistema más libre de Google.

El paso 6, más que opcional es redundante, ya que el propio script lanza el "oem lock" y hay que elegir en el móvil si lo quieres cerrar. Yo le he dicho que si para comprobar si las OTAs funcionan o me tocará borrarlo todo de nuevo para actualizar.

So 12 hours with #IodeOS maybe a bit early for feedback. But I'm thrilled. Everything is running. Unlike #eOS I have Android 15 and #seedvault is running. I had to set up a #ntfy server (hello #uberspace) so #moshidon (#fdroid) pushes, but that's not bad.
I know there are even freer #androids out there, but for me it's a mix of privacy, simplicity and a whole lot of good feeling.
Also important: it has to run on the #fairphone5, because I specifically bought it for sustainability.

#iodeos is really nice

so replaced #eos with #iodeos on my #Fairphone5
#eos still android 13 and #iodeos is android 15 :)

Vielleicht kann mir jemand bei folgendem Problem helfen: Ich habe die Moshidon-App in iodeOS installiert. Nun bekomme ich keine Benachrichtigungen von dieser App. In den Einstellungen gibt es auch keine Benachrichtigungskategorien. Es ist auch unabhängig davon, ob ich die App aus dem Aurorastore oder mit Fdroid installiere. Hat dazu jemand eine Idee? Ist das vielleicht ein Bug?
