My work for the next days: Sewing these flowers and butterflies (there ist batting underneath each, glued with textile glue) with ladder stitch all around the edges on the bought pillow case (80 x 80 cm). After this it is quilting time.
(Not everything is my colour palette/pattern, but it's especially requested by my kid. I sew a relatively simple quilt blanket out of big blocks in rainbow colours last year for my child and will also appliqué butterflies and my beloved rainbow-flowers on this.)

So.. letzte Dinge des Tages. Zeit für Handarbeiten. Der zweite Schmetterling, den ich auf den letztjährig genähten Quilt des Kindes applizieren will, nähert sich der Vollendung. Die Biester sind wirklich riesig!

Nearly finished - at least the first one. (And yes, the butterflies will get antennae when I stitch them onto the rainbow Quilt I made last year for my child.)

Klasse 5 bis 9 Projekttageplan: selbst Nähen (Hand und Maschine) und Info/Thema Wertschätzung des Materials - um Geld zu sparen, um die Umwelt zu schonen, als Mode-Stil (Boro/Sashiko).

Und ich beantrage mehr Zeit Gerne Retoot.

Did a little bit quilting today. First time with batting. I jut love it, when I'm doing the stitches and it changes from 2-D to 3-D.

Ich habe ein neues Spielzeug! Die liebe @Loewenmama hat mir von ihrem Liebsten diese tollen Schablonen fürs EPP anfertigen lassen. So dermaßen cool - und wie ihr seht, auch direkt im Einsatz! Für Neugierige: Das English Paper Piecing Pattern heißt "Geranium". Ich mache keinen großen Quilt daraus, sondern es wird ein Kissenbezug. (50 x 50cm)
